THE PIPE CRUSHER

The crusher is a special equipment for crushing pipes. The polyethylene pipe passes between the fixed blades and the rotating blades and is crushed. The polyethylene is crushed until all the granules pass through a mesh sieve installed under the chamber.

A number of advantages of the shredder:

• The clogging of large waste is reduced, which leads to jamming of the pipeline

• Increases the service life of pumps and pipes

• There is no need to use grilles to protect pipes;

• The diameter of sewer pipes can also be reduced due to the reduction of protruding fractions

• Possibility of remote monitoring and control of equipment

• Increases the interval between maintenance

• Manual labor for waste disposal and sewage treatment is not required

• All this significantly reduces costs
